You can return your standard stocking purchase up to 30 business from the date of invoice. Proof of purchase from THHC Ace Hardware Stores is required for all returns. Final Sale Products such as clearance items, used equipment, and most custom or special-order products cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was. If returned merchandize requires testing or verification of operation, then credit may be delayed until complete.
When returning a product please do the following:
Include a copy of the original invoice.
For house accounts, a note with the original invoice number, purchase date, and produce item code, may be sufficient.
Items must be unused and in new condition.
THHC Ace Hardware stores can deliver locally within a 5-mile radius around the store and require the customer to be an Ace Rewards member.
UPS and USPS shipping is available for shipping. Standard shipping is used to ship product out unless otherwise indicated on acehardware.com. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product and the shipping time frame selected. Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about delivery/shipping availability. Note: Signature may be required when shipping order is delivered depending on the type of item ordered and type of shipping that was chosen at checkout (standard shipping, next day shipping, second day shipping).
